         Included is  pasture/hay and oats  in the summer months. In the winter  months hay/oats . Unless other arrangements have been made.  We will feed mineral to your horses (must be provided) and also put on/take off blankets.  A farrier can be arranged.  We have a 60 ft round pen, 225 x 100 ft outdoor arena (complete with jumps, barrels, & dressage letters),  indoor stalls,  tack room,and tons of acres to ride on. 

Babies Welcome! We always have weanlings and yearlings around the ranch and they always are excited to have someone new to play with.

* Horses must be de- wormed, farrier work kept UTD and must be UTD with their 3-way vaccinations
